Letter: Unsatisfactory water service

DESPITE requests, Southern Water have still not made readily available the detail that apparently supports their claim that metering leads to a reduction in consumption.

The metering programme is based on this claim and Southern water’s failure to provide this information to its customers is unsatisfactory.
