THERE were trophies galore as more than 300 parents and children attended the Crawley Down FC junior presentation evening in the Haven Centre Hall.
The trophies and medals were presented by club chairman Brian Suckling on Saturday May 16, and a superb barbecue was provided by the under-16 manager Lee Goodall.
There was also a massive raffle with more than 30 prizes all donated by parents and club officials and a cash team card draw.
Chairman Brian Suckling introduced the itinerary for the evening and gave an overview of the success of the senior sides over the season with the first XI being promoted to Division 1 of the Sussex County League.
The third XI also being promoted to the Mid Sussex Premier Division as Division 1 champions.
He also went on to say that the junior set up had their best season ever with the under-12s winning the Mid Sussex A League championship and the under-14s runners-up in the B League.
The under-ten Anvils also reached the Mid Sussex League Cup final.
