A poor first half with little in the way of chances was probably edged by Crawley early on.
On nine minutes a shot from Crystal Palace loan signing, Ryan Hall, hit Naisbitt's post bouncing away to safety.
From then on there was little in the way of goal scoring opportunities with both sides limited to free-kicks and corners.
However on the stroke of half-time the deadlock was broken. It was a goal worth waiting for as Antonio Murray cut inside and struck a superb 20 yard struck past the helpless Ashley Bayes.

Hoping for more of a spirited performance from both sets of teams, Histon came out looking the more threatening and it wasn't long before Murray added to his goal.

Just 11 minutes later, Histon had wrapped up the three points when Matthew Langston finished inside the penalty area after a scramble from a corner.
From then Histon had the better opportunities putting the injured Bayes under constant pressure, which he managed to deal with.
It was again another tense affair with seven bookings for both sets of players.
Earlier in the season both teams played out a physical match at the Broadfield Stadium which finished 1-0 to Crawley.
However, they couldn't win this one with the game ending 3-0 to Histon.
