GARDEN-grabbing developers have won an 11-year battle against Horley residents for permission to build houses across seven back gardens.
York Properties International was granted approval last Wednesday (October 4) for a 14-house cul-de-sac across the gardens of seven houses on Meath Green Lane.
But Meath Green residents were "appalled" by the decision.
