Village burglaries are linked

POLICE are linking two burglaries in Steyning.
In Maudlyn Park Way intruders entered a home, between Wednesday August 20 and Thursday August 21, via a back door and stole a handbag and car keys.
At 3.50am on Thursday August 21 three men were disturbed leaving a garage at a home in Hills Road.
The thieves dropped a hedge trimmer and fled. Police searched the area using tracker dogs but no arrests were made.
