Arson probe after flat blaze

Police are hunting a suspected arsonist who is believed to have started a blaze at a flat in Portsmouth.
Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service were alerted after smoke was seen coming from Grosvenor House, Grosvenor Street.

The fire had been started in a flat on the fifth floor, and was put out before spreading too far. The residents of the flat were not in at the time.
