The Brodowski String Quartet

Continuing with the hugely popular classical music season at The Hawth, Crawley, are first prize winners of the 2008 Royal Overseas League Competition, The Brodowski String Quartet.

The Quartet held the Richard Carne Fellowship at Trinity College of Music, were selected as Park Lane Group Young Artists, and are presently Quartet in Residence at Bristol University.

Since formation, they have enjoyed performing in some of the leading venues in the UK such as The Wigmore Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Barbican Hall, Purcell Room, the Edinburgh Festival and Brighton Festival.

The Brodowski Quartet are made up of David Brodowski, Catrin Win Morgan on violins, Felix Tanner on viola and cellist Reinoud Ford.

The talented foursome will be playing Smetana’s String Quartet No.1 ‘From my Life’, Haydn’s String Quartet Opus 77 No. 2 and String Quartet Opus 13 by Mendelssohn.
