Driver dies in crash with deer

A man died in a crash after two vehicles hit a deer.
The 51-year-old Citreon Berlingo driver died at the scene of the accident last night. (nov 6).
A 50-year-old woman Vauxhall Astra driver was slightly hurt and suffered shock on a road into Lewes.
A Sussex police spokesman said: "Both vehicles were collision with a deer in the carriageway and, sadly, the driver of the Berlingo died at the scene from the injuries he received."
The crash happened on the B2192 Lewes-Heathfield road at Easons Green at 4.55 pm. The dead driver is from Netherfield and the injured woman is from Heathfield.
Police are investigating the crash under the name Operation Theydon and anyone who can help with information is asked to contact them through 08456070999.
