THE HEATWAVE continues in the Mid Sussex district and the Met Office has raised its alert level to three (top is four) and the temperatures now look set to soar until Friday.
We want to know how you are coping with the current weather.

Add your comments below.

Are you off school? Do you commute to work - how is your trip? Have you any advice for those suffering in the heat? Do you have pets? How are they coping?

What's your favourite heatwave drink to keep cool?

Send us your heatwave pictures.

Have you taken advantage of the weather with a series of barbecues? We want to hear from you.

This is the first time the Met Office has issued a level three alert since June 2006. It occurs when temperatures reach a certain threshold and are sustained in one or more regions over two nights and the intervening day.

What has triggered the current alert is the fact that night-time temperatures have not fallen below 18degC.

There is likely to be a dip in the temperature on Friday and Saturday is still looking much cooler but Thursday (July 2) is set to be another scorcher.
