A SUSPECTED case of swine flu has been reported at a primary school in Crawley.
Staff at Waterfield Primary School, in Bewbush, confirmed today (Wednesday July 9) that a letter had been sent to parents about the suspected case.

The school said West Sussex County Council would be issuing a statement.

A spokeswoman for the school said: "The communication team at county hall will be issuing a statement. At the moment the head teacher does not wish to comment.

"Letters have been sent out to parents."

The news follows confirmation that a teacher and pupil from Oakwood School in Horley have the virus. For more on this story click here.
