PET IDOL is back - and entries are already pouring in.
Last year, hundreds of you took part in our competition to find the area's cutest creature.

Yet again The Observer has teamed up with the lovely people at Sussex Pets to bring you our fantastic competition. The top prize is a voucher worth £150 to
spend at their Crawley store.

The competition started last week and already we have loads of entries -but keep them coming.

All you have to do is send in pictures of your dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, horses, tarantulas - if its your pet, we want to see it - whatever it is.

The photos can be cute, funny, serious or just plain silly and you can enter as many pets as you like.

All the photographs will be included in a full colour supplement inserted into the Observer on April 23 2008, and readers will then get the chance to vote for their favourite.

Sussex Pets is one of the top suppliers of pets, animal feed and equipment.

Closing date for sending in pictures is Wednesday 16 April. To enter just send in your pictures to Pet Idol 2008, Crawley Observer, 12 The Boulevard, Crawley, RH10 1XY.

Or email them to mark.dunford@sussexnewspapers.co.uk with the pet's name and a contact telephone number.
