Crawley company buys firm out of administration
A CRAWLEY outsourcing and facilities management company has taken over the majority of assets from Fountains Environmental Limited.
OCS Group, which is registered in Brighton Road, said it was too early to comment on whether this move will bring more jobs to Crawley.
Martin Gammon, managing director of OCS Group UK, said: “This is great news for everyone at OCS and a clear demonstration of our intention to further develop our strong position as a leading player in the UK FM market.
“By adding the Fountains brand and customer base to OCS, we will broaden our horticulture service offering to customers, whilst facilitating synergy with existing clients.”
Services provided by the companies include grounds maintenance, street cleaning, landscaping, arboriculture and waste management, as well as forestry and land management.
OCS said Fountains’ customers will continue to receive the same service from the same staff, to OCS’s exacting high standards.
OCS said it welcomes the new colleagues from Fountains who are joining “one of the largest privately-owned facilities management companies in the world with 56,000 employees and an unrivalled track record in the provision of support services”.
