RSA has been named sixth best big company to work for by a Sunday Times list.

RSA has been named sixth best big company to work for by a Sunday Times list.

ONE of the world’s leading global insurer and one of Horsham’s largest employers has topped the list of insurers in The Sunday Times 25 Best Big Companies to work for in 2012.

RSA’s UK business finished sixth in the overall list, coming ahead of Zurich (17th) and Axa (19th), despite it being the first year that it entered the competition.

Adrian Brown, RSA UK chief executive, said: “It’s an incredible result. The fact that this is based on our employees’ views makes me especially proud. Putting our people and customers at the heart of our organisation is how we’ll achieve our ambition.”

The Sunday Times list is derived from the views of employees and the policies and processes of employers. It identifies best practice and ranks companies chiefly by their results in eight key indicators of staff engagement.
