Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of two missing sisters who were last seen in Crawley.

Officers said Martina Eastwood, 15, and Lisa Eastwood, 14, both from Epsom, were spotted at around 2pm on Sunday (August 21) in the town centre.

A spokesman for Surrey Police said: “A number of enquiries are ongoing to trace the girls who may now be in the South Norwood area of London. It is believed the sisters are still together and officers are appealing to anyone who knows their whereabouts to contact police.”

Martina is described as a white girl, around 5ft 4ins in height with long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a red long sleeved top and black jeans.

Lisa is described as a white girl, around 5ft 3ins tall, of medium build with long dark brown hair. She was last seen wearing a pink zip up hooded top and light blue shorts.

Officers are working with neighbouring forcers including the Metropolitan Police Service and Sussex Police as part of their investigation.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Surrey Police quoting reference P16189872. Martina and Lisa can contact the charity Missing People by calling or texting 116 000.
