Crawley Town set dates for Whitehawk and Chesterfield games

The draw for the quarter-finals of the Parafix Sussex Senior Cup has been made and Reds will be away to Conference South side Whitehawk who will be able to field Sergio Torres.

The Reds legend was sent-off during Whithawk’s 1-0 win against Bishops Stortford on Sunday and it was feared he would miss the reunion with his former club.

But it has now been confirmed his suspension will not start until January 18.

The game will take place at East Brighton Park on Tuesday, January 13, kick-off 7.45pm.

Other ties: Steyning or Worthing v Burgess Hill or Hastings United; Chichester v Loxwood; Lewes v Eastbourne Borough.

Reds’ Sky Bet League One game against Chesterfield has been re-arranged.

The match at the Proact Stadium was due to take place on Saturday, January 3 but was postponed because of the Spireites’ FA Cup commitments.

It will now take place on Tuesday, January 27, kick off 7.45pm.
