Crime novelists to discuss their books at Crawley Library

Book lovers are invited to listen to three authors discuss their historical crime novels in Crawley Library.

The panel event – part of WORDfest, the town’s annual literary festival – will start at 7pm tomorrow (Wednesday April 30).

Writers Imogen Robertson, William Ryan and Laura Wilson will explain the inspiration behind their stories and the interesting features of their settings, locations and periods.

The novels, The Paris Winter, The Twelfth Department and A Willing Victim, were set in Paris, Moscow and London in different decades during the 20th century.

Tickets will be on sale for Capital Crimes at 3pm at the library in Southgate Avenue.

Light refreshments will be provided.
