Boys accused of stabbing and setting fire to sheep in Crawley

Two 17-year-old boys are to appear in court accused of stabbing a sheep and setting fire to it.

The teenagers have been charged with arson and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal and have been released on bail to appear at Crawley Youth Court on February 10.

The incident involved the killing of a sheep at Tilgate Park Nature Centre in Crawley in October, police said.
