The following are results contributed by HM Court Service, of cases sentenced by Sussex Northern magistrates sitting at Horsham and Crawley.

Marc Bowyer, 41, of Broadwood Rise, Broadfield, was banned from driving for a year, with a £200 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Broadwood Rise, Broadfield.

Benjamin Samuels, 35, of Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, was given a community order with 60 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to theft of aftershave from Boots in Crawley.

James Goodall, 31, of no fixed address, was fined £400, with a £40 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and ten penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving at Gatwick.

Beverley Jones, 42, of Buckmans Road, Crawley, was given a 16 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm in Crawley.


John Maughan, 22, of Worth Road, Crawley, was given a 12 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with 80 hours of unpaid work, a 16 month driving ban, a £115 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving; taking a vehicle without consent, causing damage to a fence; driving without a licence; and driving without insurance, all in Crawley.

Alexander Bradbury, 25, of Downland Place, Crawley, was fined £660, with £84.59 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Olu Dawodu, of Newbury Road, Crawley, was fined £660, with £169.17 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Steven Doyle, 30, of Paddockhurst Road, Crawley, was fined £660, with £120 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Ghulam Moinuddin, 38, of Parkway, Crawley, was fined £90, with £45 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had pleaded guilty to keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Gary Richards, of Bishopstone Walk, Crawley, was fined £220, with £30 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Brighton.

Gillian Smith, 39, of Warrington Close, Bewbush, was fined £220, with £30 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. She had been convicted in her absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Adam Terrington, 25, of Plover Close, Langley Green, was fined £220, with £45 vehicle excise back duty, and £90 costs. He had been convicted in his absence of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on a public road in Crawley.

Inga Abolina, 41, of Chestnut Walk, Crawley, was fined £133, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to speeding in King Offa Way, Bexhill.

Katie Brown, 23, of Salvington Road, Crawley, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had been found guilty of driving without an MoT certificate in Horsham Road, Crawley.

Marc Craven, 28, of Hythe Field Avenue, Egham, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of driving with a damaged tyre in Ifield Road, Crawley.

David Dalligan, 76, of Seafront, Allhallows, was fined £293, with a £29 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and four penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.

Mazher Hussain, 63, of Lark Rise, Crawley, was fined £40, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.

Hayley Lawless,, 28, of Dickens Road, Crawley, was fined £660, with a £66 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of driving without insurance in Station Way, Crawley.

Arunas Palacionis, 53, of Sheppey Close, Crawley, was fined £440, with a £44 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to his licence. He had been found guilty of speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.

Katie Prosser, 37, of Priory Road, Reigate, was fined £220, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to her licence. She had been found guilty of speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.

Adrian Robertson, 56, of Horsham Road, Forest Green, was fined £150, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.

Andrew Woodings, 33, of Brighton Road, Horley, was fined £440, with a £22 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added his licence. He had been found guilty on two counts of driving with a tyre which had ply or cord exposed.

Jafar Nazir, 46, of Cherry Lane, Crawley, was banned from driving for six months, with a £110 fine, a £20 victim services surcharge, and £150 costs. He had pleaded guilty to failing to identify a driver suspected of committing an offence.

Rudo Zhou, 54, of Waldergrave Road, Twickenham, was fined £45, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £25 costs. She had been found guilty of entering Gatwick Airport after being banned.

Adam Beynon, 26, of Langley Walk, Crawley, was given a one year conditional discharge, with a £15 victim services surcharge, and £300 costs. He had been found guilty of common assault in Crawley.

Rebecca Lambert, 28, of Troon Close, Ifield, was banned from driving for two years and six months, and given a community order with 120 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Ifield.

Vasile Mocanu, 28, c/o Gables Nursing Home, Ifield Green, was banned from driving for three years, with a £550 fine, a £35 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving, and to driving without insurance in Pegler Way, Crawley.

Ian Williams, 45, of Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, was banned from driving for 16 months, with a £120 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to drink driving in Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Burgess Hill.

Donovan Dwyer, 59, of no fixed address, was given a community order with an unpaid work requirement, and an £85 victim services surcharge. He had been convicted in his absence of common assault; racially aggravated common assault; and using racially aggravated threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress, all in Crawley, pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to answer bail, and to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence, in Crawley.

Nayda Mahmood, 39, of St Joan Close, Crawley, was fined £80, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and six penalty points added to her licence. She had pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention in Haslett Avenue, Crawley.

Tomasz Rutkowski, 30, of Woodside Road, Crawley, was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work, an £85 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to possessing a bladed or pointed object in a public place.

Zaheer Sawar, 48, of Brighton Road, Pease Pottage, was fined £40, with a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in Broadfield Barton.

Alexandru Birsan, 30, of Odessa Road, London, was banned from driving for a year, with a £250 fine, a £30 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. He had pleaded guilty to driving with illegal levels of a cannabis metabolite in his blood, in Pegler Way, Crawley.

Fiona Connelly, 27, of Maplehurst House, Broadfield, was given a 20 week jail sentence, suspended for a year, with an £80 victim services surcharge, and £85 costs. She had pleaded guilty to common assault in Crawley Road, Horsham.

Shakir Ezzaki, 35, of Stephenson Way, Crawley, was given a community order with six months of drug rehabilitation, a £60 victim services surcharge, and £170 costs. He had been found guilty of stealing beer from a convenience store in The Broadway, Crawley, and admitted breaching a suspended sentence.

Kieron Knott, 37, of Eland Road, Croydon, was fined £45, with a £30 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to theft of perfume from Debenhams in Crawley.

Wayne Woods, 35, of no fixed address, was jailed for six weeks, with a £115 victim services surcharge. He had pleaded guilty to theft of trainers from JD Sports in Crawley, and admitted breaching the terms of a release from prison.

Nick Coussens, 33, of Sandcross Lane, Reigate, was fined £125, with a £20 victim services surcharge, £85 costs, and three penalty points added to his licence. He had pleaded guilty to speeding in Gatwick Road, Crawley.
