Football fan who urinated in front of Gatwick staff misses flight

Police have detained a man who urinated and exposed himself to staff in public at Gatwick Airport.

Sergeant Darren Taylor said the man had been drinking and lost his flight to see the Gibraltar vs Scotland football match following the incident on Sunday evening (October 11).

He tweeted: “As you can imagine a weekend at Gatwick brings the Police many things to deal with, some strange, weird and some just stupid

“First up is the supporter who ended up losing his flight to the Gibraltar v Scotland due to a few too many drinks

“He decided that a public area would be acceptable to urinate and expose himself to staff.. WRONG... detained by the Police.. no flight for him.”
