Man charged following fatal collision
A man from Three Bridges has been charged in relation to a fatal collision in Crawley on October 14 last year, according to police.
Police said Travis James Madden, 22, of West Way, Three Bridges, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, and causing death whilst uninsured.
Shahid Moghal, 22, sadly died, when the Toyota Starlet in which he was a passenger, left the A2011 Crawley Avenue, and collided with a tree, officers said.
A spokesman for Sussex Police said Mr Madden has been released on bail to appear at Crawley Magistrates on Wednesday, June 7.
