Gold jewellery stolen in Crawley burglary


Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary at a house in Three Bridges, Crawley.

Sussex Police said several pieces of gold jewellery were stolen from a house in The Birches, between 1.40pm and 8.30pm, on Tuesday (May 6).

Stolen items included four gold chain bracelets with yellow stones and a number of gold earrings.

Police said there was believed to be one suspect described as a white man, aged mid 20s, with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark blue jacket and jeans with pump type shoes.
