Taking place on Saturday 10 June, the annual event will see hundreds of walkers create a sea of orange through the streets of Horsham.

This year it promises its ‘biggest celebration yet’ in honour of the walk’s tenth anniversary.

Hannah Shorter, events fundraiser at St Catherine’s, said: “Our Midnight Walk is always a highlight on our fundraising calendar.

“With so many people coming together to raise vital funds, the night has an unforgettable atmosphere.

“When you take part, you’ll be able to grab a free goody bag, enjoy a fun warm up, and indulge in a well deserved breakfast after your triumphant finish.

“We’re thrilled that so many people have already signed up to support us and we hope many more of you will feel inspired to join us.”

For the first time ever, men and children over ten can walk alongside women in three brand new routes covering seven, 13 or 20 miles.

Participators will also receive a limited edition tenth anniversairy Midnight Walk t-shirt.

Amongst the walkers pulling on their trainers are a team from Gatwick Airport.

Jess Patel is part of the Gatwick team. She said: “I know people who’ve been touched by St Catherine’s expert care so I know how important it is to help raise funds so the hospice can be there for other people when they need it most.
