Appeal after man stabbed repeatedly in Crawley town centre

Police want to identify this man after a man was stabbed several times in his arm, shoulder and head in Crawley town centre.

A police spokesman said the 22-year-old victim was taken to hospital after he was robbed near Queens Square at about 4.50pm on March 9.

He was stabbed by one of three attackers who stole his Iphone and cash as he was walking in Broadwalk.

The Brighton man was treated at hospital for his injuries but was discharged on the evening of the same day.

Detective Constable Gillian Sadler appealed for witnesses.
