Bikers’ charity trek from Glasgow to Crawley

Have your say

Staff from Broadfield Park company Novo Nordisk were among a team of motorcyclists who spent a week riding from Glasgow to Crawley to raise awareness of the problems faced by people who suffer with diabetes.

The team of eight left Southern General Hospital, Glasgow, on June 9 and travelled more than 550 to finish in Crawley on Friday (June 13), stopping off at a number diabetes treatment centres along the route. They hope to have raised £1,000 for the charity Diabetes UK.
