Broadfield boxer Deakin wins TV date

BAD-BOY boxer Robin Deakin won a date with brunette Amy Bangle, from Horsham, on ITV2 show Girlfri3nds (Wednesdays, 9pm). Rockin’ Robin, 26, flirted his way into Amy’s affections as she asked him ‘are you a bad-boy?’

He is one of 100 men competing and was singled out after flirting with Amy who asked him ‘are you a bad-boy?’

The pair will now go on four dates together.

Robin, from Broadfield, told the women how his last love was a glamour model and about life as a professional boxer.

He said: “If I’m honest I lose most of my fights... Boxing has lost the entertainment, it’s all about politics now. I’m trying to put the entertainment back in.”

The boxer won his first professional fight but has lost all 46 subsequent bouts.

He overcame a severe case of double club foot to make it as a pro.

Girlfri3nds is on ITV2 on Wednesdays at 9pm.
