THE Crawley Observer has been reporting the news for 131 years.

But now it is making the news itself – with a stunning new look created by some of the world’s top newspaper designers.

Your newnewspaper will also have a range of new features – as well as all the old favourites. And its local news and sports coverage will be better than ever before.

To mark this major investment in your newspaper we want to say a big thank you to you. The celebrations will begin on the morning of Wednesday October 3 when your new-look paper is published.

Come and meet us in County Mall at 11am for a wonderful group photograph – when the Editor will present The Mayor of Crawley, Cllr Keith Blake, with the first copy of the new-look paper.

That edition will contain a special cut-out voucher. The first 300 readers to hand over the form will receive from the Editor a special gift envelope.

Some of these envelopes will contain a lottery ticket, others a £5 note, in yet others there will be money off coupons.

So don’t miss out – but remember, each giveaway is strictly limited to the first 300 people to present the coupon and there is a minimum age of 18. All envelopes must be opened at the time and we will be taking photographs of the great occasion.

In addition, your new-look Observer will be packed with new features. These will include: focus on local businesses; more from our schools; features about our town’s growing music scene. So join us on October 3.
