College students snap couple’s wedding day

STUDENTS from Central Sussex College in Crawley were given the special task of photographing a couple’s wedding day.

Azar Khan, 18, Billy Ellmers, 17, and Charlotte Tamplin, 19, were invited to capture the big day by bride Yvonne Strachan.

She said: “I thought why not? It would be good to give them a challenge.”

The students snapped Yvonne and husband Ken as they tied the knot at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

Azar said: “I wanted to be involved with this event because I plan to go into wedding photography and video production when I finish my BTEC Diploma. I have already got lots of enquiries coming in based on my portfolio so far, which is very encouraging.”
