It’s the day A Level students in Crawley have been anticipating and dreading – results day.

Hazelwick School, in Three Bridges, achieved a pass rate of 98 per cent, with 70 per cent of students achieving A*-C.

Twelve students achieved three or more A*/A grades and two students scored a perfect A* A* A*.

Headteacher Ann Fearon said: “These fine results are the reward for two years of dedication and hard work from students and teachers alike – our students have once again risen to the challenge admirably!

“We are not only proud of our sixth formers’ academic success, but also immensely grateful for the enormous contribution they have made to the wider life of the school community.”
