The building of a Make Ready Centre for the South East Coast Ambulance Service has been approved by Crawley Borough Council.

The centre, where the vehicles will be cleaned and maintained and staff will report for duty, will be built in Faraday Road on the former site of Alexir Packaging. The development will also house the Hazardous Area Response Team (HART).
