A Manor Royal company has pledged to raise £10,000 to buy and train a hearing dog to assist a deaf person in their day-to-day life.

Crawley Mayor Cllr Bob Burgess and MP Henry Smith were at the offices of Siemens Hearing Instruments to launch the pledge to the Hearing Dogs for Deaf People charity. They were joined by Carole Sorrell and Caroline Benson, who volunteer with the charity, as well as 11-year-old hearing dog Belle.
