Footballer could win contract

A TALENTED lad could be in with a chance of winning a professional football contract.

Goalkeeper Dan Libby, 17, from Langley Green, has been selected to take part in the first-round trials of the Win a Pro Contract competition.

Winning the competition could see him bag a place on Paolo Di Canio’s Swindon Town or Russell Slade’s Leyton Orient – both League One teams.
