GALLEY: Thomas Bennett Year 11 graduation
YEAR 11 students at Thomas Bennett said goodbye at their Graduation ceremony, held at K2.
Over 400 parents, friends and relations attended the ceremony which provided the opportunity for a feast of celebrations.
Students received a variety of presentations including a photographic memory of their time at Thomas Bennett and, of course, their graduation certificate.
There was also musical entertainment provided by the year 11s and there was a special farewell to Thomas Bennett with a heartfelt, and often amusing speech, written and presented by four of the students.
Gill Beeney, Director of Year 11, said: "The students have worked exceptionally hard this year and deserved to have such a wonderful send off.
"We look forward to welcoming many of them back into the sixth form."
In the evening there were further celebrations with the annual boat trip along the Thames.
