Have your say on housing plan

Bewbush residents are invited to an information event today (January 16) to find out more about a planned new housing development.
A planning application is due to be submitted in February for a development of 110 homes - including 40 council homes - on Breezehurst Drive.
Crawley Borough Council was awarded £1million in grant funding from the Homes and Communities Agency for the scheme.
Nineteen of the homes will be provided for affordable rent by housing association Moat with a further eight for shared ownership. The remaining homes will be offered for private sale by Countryside Properties.
The scheme will complete the Heart of Bewbush Regeneration Project, which has included the construction of the Bewbush Centre, redevelopment of the neighbourhood centre and a new car park.
Anyone interested in finding out more can go to the Bewbush Centre between 2.30pm and 8pm.
Cllr Richard Burrett, Cabinet member for housing, said: “This is a great scheme which will offer much-needed housing for people who need it most.
“I’d urge local residents interested in these plans to come along to the Bewbush Centre and let us have their views before the planning application is submitted.”
