Head chef beats off Strong competition
A head chef has beaten off national competition to win a ‘Chef of the Year’ award from his employer Kudos.
Graham Strong of Gossops Drive, Gossops Green, works at the Honourable Artillery Company in Moorgate, London, and is responsible for the high-end restaurant, staff buffet and members’ catering.
Mr Strong said: “I am absolutely honoured to receive this award.
“I speak on behalf of my chefs and I see this as a truly team effort.”
He was highly commended for his innovation and flair, original menus and the way he has utilised seasonal produce throughout the year.
