John Lewis still seeking site in town

Department store John Lewis says it is still looking to open a shop in the Crawley area.

The reassurance from the retail giant comes after rumours it could open a branch in Hove as part of a redevelopment in the seaside town. A spokeswoman said: “We continue to seek a suitable site for a new shop in the Crawley area.”
