Join forum on Healthcare

Crawley residents have been invited to join the forum of the Surrey and Sussex Healthcare (SASH) to help improve services.

The forum meets every two months and members have a place on different groups and committees that meet at East Surrey Hospital and Crawley Hospital. If you are interested in joining contact 01737 768511 ext 6902 or e-mail janet.hall@sash.nhs.uk before March 31.
