K2 gets cutting edge kit

The gym at K2 Leisure Centre, Pease Pottage Hill, has received a £100,000 makeover. The new Synergy360 equipment, funded by Crawley Borough Council, is the newest kit to hit the UK and has only been installed in a handful of facilities nation-wide.

Equipment includes: kettlebells: battling ropes, suspension training and plyometric rebounding .
