Man, 21, left bleeding to head after glass attack

A 21-year-old man was left bleeding from a 2cm cut to the head caused by a glass or bottle, police said.

The victim was assaulted in Southgate at around 11pm on Friday (Febuary 1) and required medical attention as a result of his injuries.

He sought help at The Railway public house but was said by police to have been attacked elsewhere.

A man was arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grevious bodily harm and was bailed.
