Police are searching for Patrick Sutherland who is wanted for failing to appear at court.
The 59-year-old was charged with the production of cannabis after being arrested on Ocotber 10 2012 at his home in Kingsley Road, Horley.
He failed to appear at Crawley Magistrates Court in January this year.
He is about 5ft 8ins tall, of medium build with dark brown receeding hair and wears glasses.
He speaks with a slight accent and has claimed he is originally from Germany and has in the past used the name Tilman Neppert.
During 2012 and 2013 he lived at addresses in Crawley and Horley in Surrey.
Detective Constable Andy Sayers said: “We are seeking the help of the public in finding Patrick.
“Anyone who recognises him and knows where he is is asked to contact us on 101 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
