Men rob group of children in Crawley park

A group of children were robbed by two men.

Five children in their early teens were approached by two men who threatened them and stole two mobile phones, an iPad mini and cash.

The robbers targeted the boys and girls in Goffs Park, Crawley, at about 5.30pm on Thursday last week (July 10), police revealed today (July 16).

Both men had earlier been seen by the group in the company of two girls, both white, aged about 16 and blonde. One was wearing a black leather jacket.

The robbers were both white, of average build, and aged 17 to 20. They both wore Nike trainers and tracksuit bottoms.

One was wearing a black Superdry jacket marked with blue lettering.
