New homes plan to rear of college

Crawley Borough Council has received a planning application to build 10 new homes on a patch of land behind Central Sussex College.

The application CR/2013/0017/FUL for eight two-bedroom flats and two three-bedroom semi-detached houses on Northgate Avenue was received on January 17. A decision is expected on April 18. Log on to www.crawley.gov.uk
