The coach who helped Rebecca Adlington win four Olympic medals gave swimming lessons to instructors and youngsters at K2 Crawley.

GB Swimming Head Coach Bill Furniss appeared with Olympic champion Duncan Goodhew MBE and Paralympic medallist and former Crawley resident Sascha Kindred OBE, at the event organised by Southern Water and the Amateur Swimming Association event. Childrden from the K2 Swim Academy enjoyed the session, on February 22.
