Plan to convert Crawley offices to 76 flats

Plans to convert an unused office block into flats have been submitted to Crawley Borough Council.

The application, from developer Westrock Ltd, notified the council of plans to transform Stoner House, in London Road, Northgate, into 76 flats.

The development would comprise of 72 one-bedroom and four two-bedroom flats using the current building.

It includes space for 76 cars in the undercroft and car park and space for 76 bicycles.
