Police warning over unlocked cars
A MAN was in custody on Monday morning after being arrested for checking car doors.
A witness reported the sound of car doors closing and saw a man with a small torch acting suspiciously, on Fitchett Close, Langley Green.
The man was then seen attempting to open several other car doors.
He was arrested on suspicion of vehicle interference at 12.44am on Monday (August 3).
Police warned members of the public to be vigilant in making sure their cars are locked.
