Pub welcomes weary Santas
Santas on the Run in the Pelham Buckle pub, Ifield
The Pelham Buckle pub welcomed a gaggle of weary Father Christmases for breakfast following last week’s Santas on the Run, which started and finished in the Memorial Gardens.
Landlord Steve Horn decked the halls of the Ifield pub with a festive theme and ran a raffle to raise cash for the event’s charity, the Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice. One of the 33-strong group, children’s nurse Miriam Jones, from Ifield, said her team hoped to raise £2,000 for the hospice.
