Rail services in the Gatwick Airport area will be disrupted until around 1pm today (Monday December 30) due to improvement work between London Victoria and the airport over-running.
Rail operator Southern said trains between Redhill and Three Bridges will not run and there will be no direct trains between London and Gatwick Airport because of the planned engineering work.
Trains will run between London Victoria and East Grinstead.
Buses will run between East Grinstead and Gatwick Airport and Three Bridges. Connections for trains to Brighton and the coast should be made at Three Bridges.
Buses will run between Coulsdon Town and Gatwick Airport / Three Bridges, with some additional buses running between Purley and Three Bridges and between London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
Journey times may be extended by up to 90 minutes.
Some First Capital Connect trains will only run between Brighton and Three Bridges, alternative transport will run between Three Bridges and Gatwick Airport where required.
Journey times may be extended by up to 20 minutes.
No First Great Western trains will run between Redhill and Gatwick Airport. A bus service will run between Reigate and Gatwick Airport.
Services on the Gatwick Express are currently suspended.
Passengers may use Metrobus route 100 between Three Bridges and Redhill, and London Buses between Redhill and Croydon.
