Police are appealing for witnesses after an antique ring was stolen in a burglary in Crawley.
A house in Bodiam Close, Pound Hill, was broken into between January 12 and January 27 while the owners were away.
An antique Victorian yellow gold band ring set with three small circular rubies surrounded by sea pearls in a rectangular shape was taken.
Detective Constable Rebecca Wilde said: “I’d like to speak to anyone who has seen the ring or has been offered the chance to buy it. Please contact me if you have any information about where it is or who took it.”
Sussex Police launched Operation Magpie to tackle burglary across the county.
