Pupils at St Margaret’s C of E Primary School, in Ifield, raised £450 for Comic Relief when they enjoyed a day of laughter on Red Nose Day (Friday March 15).

In the spirit of this year’s national Comic Relief slogan ‘do something funny for money’, the children all came to school wearing something funny and they took part in a comedy based talent show. The school also held red nose theme races throughout the day, including ‘throw the nose through the nostril’, ‘running noses’ and ‘hunt for the nose’. d13128004a
