Shoppers have been invited to join free tours around supermarkets to learn about healthy shopping and eating in the new year.
The tours, provided by Crawley Wellbeing, will cover the basics of understanding food labels and tips for getting the best value for your money.
Cllr Nigel Boxall, Cabinet member for Community Engagement, said: “It’s easy to develop shopping and eating habits that may not give us the best value for money or our health.
“Crawley Wellbeing’s supermarket tours offer an opportunity to see healthy eating advice in action in the place we make most of our food decisions.”
