At a meeting of the East Crawley County Local Committee (CLC) members were asked to approve the appointment of Sarah Pratt for a four-year term at Maidenbower Junior School.

They also approved the appointment of Mark Clawson for a four-year term at Pound Hill Infant School.

In addition, the committee approved the re-appointment of Mr RS Anderson for a four-year term at Pound Hill Junior School.

The meeting was informed the east Crawley area still had four governor posts to fill, for which nominations were invited.

The posts include another at Pound Hill Infant School, one at Maidenbower Infant School – which has not been filled since January 2013 – one at Milton Mount Primary, in Pound Hill, and one at The Brook, in Maidenbower.
